This well run two partner law practice commenced trading in 1989 and is situated in the county of Hertfordshire, but within the London (020) telephone area. The practice currently undertakes a variety of work – all privately paid and to include:

– c 70%  Residential Conveyancing
– c   2%  Commercial Conveyancing
– c 25%  Wills, Trust, Probate and LPAs
– c   2%  Landlord & Tenant
and
– c  1%  Employment work.

Figures extracted from internally prepared Management Accounts for the period 1^st May 2020 to
31^st January 2021:  Total Income £230,820.  Work-In-Progress estimated at £80,000.
